Fone King OEM LCD/ Screen Lifetime Warranty

The Lifetime Warranty will be valid for OEM display units sold and repaired through Fone King only.

All standard Fone King Repairs receive a 6 month warranty.

Fone King’s 3 month warranty applies to liquid damage repairs & repairs that use non genuine parts.

Scope of Fone King LCD/Screen Lifetime Warranty Coverage

* Lifetime Warranty will cover any faults related to manufacture of the LCD screen. This includes but is not limited to loss of touch sensitivity, dead pixels and colour/clarity of the LCD.

* Lifetime Warranty will be void if technician cannot locate specific manufacturer stamp on LCD screen.

* Lifetime Warranty is limited to the LCD/Screen parts and/or service(s) that were paid for except in the situations outlined below.

Lifetime Warranty does not protect against:-

Once Fone King has completed the repair, the Lifetime Warranty does not protect against:-

* Repairs determined to be physically damaged.

* Subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist or crack.

* Repairs performed outside of Fone King.

* Any damage that is determined to be board/component level issues (I,e Touch IC)

* Water damage.

* Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops.

* Tampering with internal hardware.

* Damage resulting from attempted customer repairs.

* Jailbroken devices.

* New damages unrelated to the original repair.

* Any loss of data occurring from the result of the repair – Customers are advised to back up all data prior to the repair.

Fone King LCD/Screen Lifetime Warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist including

* Existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues not related to the LCD repair.

* Existence of damage to the frame of device, as noted prior to the repair.

* Phone previously repaired by customer / 3rd party entity other than Fone King or Fone King authorised repair centre.

* Water damage

* Jailbroken devices

Any OEM repairs that do not meet the lifetime warranty criteria will revert back to the standard Fone King warranty terms and conditions
