Being in the Transport industry for 25 years, I have tried a vast amount of Handsfree Speakers over the years (even ear piece sets) I've tried BlueAnt; Plantronics; Jabra; BKE and a few other no name brands.
They usually have the main problems of not being clear when your talking to your other person receiver, there is Not enough volume to hear them, or they can't hear you, or delay by 1 second - so you are talking when they are ranking & gets frustrating and you end up turning off rhe device and just using your actual phone, defeating the purpose of handsfree!
Well so far for only 1 week since using this brand

It is very clear & a great amount of Volume you can hear over car/Van noise even with the window open!
The speaker is clear with NO distortion or crackling even at maximum volume.
There is however One set-back!!
The phone will automatically answer your incoming call after either 2 Seconds or 10 Seconds once someone is calling you,
The problem is there is no way you can turn this feature off! without switching off the S-32 device.
And no matter what prompts or ways you do on your phone - it will NOT override or change anything on the S-32 !!
Example: I was getting something out the back of the van, when a call came in and the device automatically accepted the call and I had to call out to my friend that I'd have to call back.
There seems to be no way to overide this unless you turn off bluetooth conection on your phone or turn off the S-32.
That is why I give it only 4 stars and not a full 5 stars.
Fantastic also in the house if you have elderly hearing impaired folks, or if you just want to make phone calls or pay bills etc and you're put in hold for a long time - then the loud clear volume is great if your hands free in another room or making a cup of tea, it frees you up so you can hear perfectly and also talk to the receiver with clarity & a clear line.
